Kate Atherly is one of my favorite teachers and even before I took a dive into this book I knew it would be fantastic, thorough, and easy to understand. My Sister Knits is one of the multitudes of yarn shops celebrating Local Yarn Store Day on Saturday, April 27th! This international day of celebration was created by The National Needlearts Association (TNNA) in 2018 to bring awareness to the advantages of having a local yarn store close

My Sister Knits has long been a fan of mudd leather knitting bags. We have a trunk show of these beauties arriving this week! mudd is a Danish company well known for its quality leather goods.

Wooldreamers has an intriguing yarn for spring knitting! Saona is a 50/50 wool-cotton blend, all from Spain. The wool is a blend of Merino and Manchega. The fun thing about Manchega is that it comes from Manchega sheep who are also the source of Manchego cheese! 

The Sophie Scarf, designed by PetiteKnit, took the knitting world by storm. They are all over the place! There are over 16,700 projects posted on Ravelry!
