Bags Aplenty!
Bags! As we gather our belongings to venture out into the world more, we might notice that we’d like to update a few items.
For instance, perhaps your bags are a bit bedraggled and worn-looking. Or maybe you just want something fresh and new to celebrate being amongst people again!
My Sister Knits has a unique selection of bags of many sizes to brighten things up and fill various needs.
Sophisticated and stylish Muud bags come in more than one size, available in black and whiskey. Known for the high quality of their leather products, each bag is handcrafted and made to last. The one featured in this photo is large enough to hold knitting, a small purse, notions, and a wrap in case the temperature drops or you happen to be inside with cold air conditioning.
Ritual Dyes Knitter’s Backpacks are a time-honored favorite of ours. These heavy-duty, water-repellent canvas bags are versatile! Their wide cotton webbing straps can be worn over your forearm, slung over one shoulder, or like a backpack. With their bucket shape they can stand on their own. We have several colors, from light to dark.
The latest addition to our meticulously chosen collection of bags are these luscious leather Geo-Metry bags from Denmark. Like the Muud bags, also from Denmark, the leather is exquisite, buttery soft, and the bags are handcrafted by owner Georgiana in her small studio. The products from Geo-Metry are made in small batches, therefore, availability is limited.
Our other product from Geo-Metry is their Yarn Cocoon. This is the most fun little accessory to hold your yarn! Try it on when you come to the shop and, if you’re like us, you won’t want to take it off! You can wear it on your wrist or put it by your knitting project and your yarn will stay in one place. These are also hand made in small batches.
July Classes
We still have some room in our classes for July! Check them out on our website and stretch your brain!
We invite you to the shop to escape the summer heat, sit and knit for a bit at our community table, and enjoy our fiber-loving community!
Happy knitting,
Jenny
