It’s the time of year when Andrea Mowry publishes what has become her annual Rhinebeck sweater. The sweater, published just this week, is her 9th one, called Antipodes. Rhinebeck is the town where the New York Sheep and Wool Festival has been held since 1980. ‘Rhinebeck’, as it is commonly referred to, has developed into an extremely popular destination for animal and fiber enthusiasts and draws international attendance.

When I was in My Sister Knits yesterday, deciding what to write about this week, it was raining. Today it’s been thundering, raining, and hailing down in torrents. I want something cozy to knit while sipping a hot cup of tea, listening to relaxing music, and burning a candle. The weather won’t stay like this for long but yesterday I couldn’t resist wandering around My Sister Knits looking for cozy projects.
