Spring Fever knitting

While we are waiting (a little impatiently) for our gardens to look a bit more like this... We thought we'd take matters into our own hands and add a bit of color to Fort Collins.  According to Wikipedia, "Yarn bombing, yarnbombing, yarn storming, guerrilla knitting, Kniffiti, urban knitting or graffiti knitting is a type of graffiti or street art that employs colorful displays of knitted or crocheted yarn or fiber rather than paint or chalk."You've seen evidence of it in the shop's garden, and here in our blog when we posted photos like the one below. We are going to get crafty, and add some color to the neighborhood over the next couple of weeks.  And we'd love your help!  We'll be knitting and crocheting up a storm over the next several Community Knit Nights at the shop, and we hope that you will drop in and join us on Tuesday evenings from 5-8pm.Bring stash yarn that you are eager to get rid of, and we'll fill you in on the plan.  Your stitches can join ours, and together we can make Fort Collins just a bit brighter this Spring.
