COCOKNITS Accessories
We love COCOKNITS accessories! “Why?” you might ask yourself. Here’s the answer in a nutshell: they are terrific! We love the quality, the array of colors, the cleverness of the designs, and the fact that they’re made as sustainably as possible. As an example, the Colorful Magnet Set is made from plastic-free PLA (plant fiber). No toxic glue is used as the PLA is formed around the magnets.

The Maker’s Board is new on the market! We’re sure it has the approval of Carson Demers, author of Knitting Comfortably, the Ergonomics of Handknitting. Among other things, Carson wants us to take pressure off of our necks by avoiding looking down at our patterns whenever possible. One of his suggestions is to use a document holder. COCOKNITS Maker’s Board is super for this use! You attach your pattern or chart to the board with the magnets provided and you don’t have to look down and put undue stress on your neck! The Maker’s Board comes with nine magnets.
Not only can these magnets attach your paperwork to the board, but they can also hold small tools and stitch markers. How many times have you needed to keep a few markers handy? Or your handy dandy fix-it tool? This does it! No more standing up to shake out your knitting and your clothes or digging around the cushions to find those small items.
There are also inner pockets to store more pattern pages! This is a game-changer!
We also have companion tools: a magnetic ruler and gauge set and sets of six colorful magnets. Livvy put together a great display that shows several uses for the magnetic items!

Another way of keeping your items handy for use is the Maker’s Keep. This is a slap-bracelet that has a little square heavy-duty magnet to hold small accessories right there on your wrist. If you happen to be doing hair for a special occasion, it will also hold bobby pins at the ready! Or nails and screws! The possibilities are boundless!
COCOKNITS triangular stitch markers show the cleverness and thoughtfulness that go into these accessories. This shape sticks up from your work so it’s easy to transfer them from one needle to the next. There are three sizes in each triangular-shaped box to fit size US 0 to US 13 needles.
The Flight of Stitch Markers gives you an assortment to see which you like best. There are 24 each of five types: the jumbo, original, and small size circular markers, the triangular markers, and the split ring markers.
The colorful Needle Gauge is made out of PLA, which, as noted above is a biodegradable, plant-based plastic substitute. This needle gauge doesn’t take up much room and can identify needle sizes from US 0 to US 15. It’s great for travel or a permanent addition to your notions bag!
The tape measures are metal which is great for accurately measuring your work. The cases are made from PLA. There is no locking mechanism in order to keep them 100% plastic-free. They resemble pebbles, are so very smooth, and they fit perfectly in your hand!
