Trilogy Yarn Trunk Show is Here!

My Sister Knits is hosting a trunk show of Trilogy Yarns!  Some trunk shows are samples of items knit with a certain yarn.  Others have unique yarn that can be purchased.  This is the latter kind!  The yarn we have will be available to snap up for your own until it’s time to send it all back.

Nancy, the dyer behind Trilogy Yarns, created this company in memory of her late husband.  She thinks of him and the fun they had knitting and playing around with dyeing as she dyes each skein.

We have a large selection of her different bases as the pictures below will show! There are colorways for every taste and color preference, from bold speckles to gentle tonals.

Fingering weight Glamorous is 80% superwash Merino, 20% Nylon. This is the I Told You We Can’t Die colorway.

MCN DK is 80% superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere, and 10% Nylon. Shown in the Trailhead colorway.

This is non-superwash Trilogy Worsted in the Oyster Shell colorway. It’s 100% Merino wool!

This lace weight Suri Alpaca can be used alone or held with any yarn! It is 74% Baby Suri Alpaca and 26% Silk. This is the yummy Melon colorway.

Fingering weight Singles is 70% superwash Merino and 30% Mulberry Silk, shown in the Basil Chiffon colorway.

Trilogy Plush is almost the same as the MCN DK base. The only difference is that it’s a fingering weight instead. This is the Cat’s Got My Tongue colorway.

Sportacular yarn is a 100% superwash sport weight Merino shown in the Manatee tonal colorway.

As you can see, Nancy is a skillful, artistic dyer who loves all types of color! We invite you into the shop to admire her work while you feel the cushiness of different bases!

We love seeing which yarns call out to you and are so happy when you go home with something you love!

Happy Knitting,

Jenny
