Sparrow yarn.We have come to love this 100% organic linen yarn for summer knits.  We've created a great selection of samples in this fingering weight yarn and really appreciate it's soft drape that improves with machine washing.We carefully selected this fun color combination that plays soft tonal neutrals against two bright pops of color that reflect summer's warmth.This pattern creates "an eye-catching crescent-shaped shawl that knits up quickly.  Garter stitch, combined with a subtle lace pattern (created by a simple dropped stitch technique), results in a subtle medley of textures.  This pattern includes detailed instructions about changing colors."It is a great selection for newer knitters who would like to break into shawl knitting without the complexity of lace work or daunting charts.  We would encourage you to give it a try.  We are always available to help.
